Aaj mai fir aapke liye ek svadist sweet dish lekar hajir hu.Besan ke laddu ham kisi bhi tyohar par bna sakte hai,isme bohat kam ingredients lagte hai aur ye aasani se ban jate hai.Diwali par jab aapke khas mehmaan aaye to unhe besan ke laddu jarur khilaye.
Aaiye ham banate hai besan ladoo.

Ingredients for Besan Ladoo-

  • Besan-200gram
  • Tagaar( bura jaisi chini)-225gram
  • Ghi-200gram
  • Badaam-25-26
  • Kaju-15-26
  • Ilaychi powder-1/2 chota chamach
  • Pista -sajaane ke liye

How to Make Besan Ladoo Recipe-

50 gram ghi bachakar kadhayi me ghi dal dijiye,Ghi jab melt ho jaye to dhimi aanch par ghi me besan chalate hue bhuniye.

Jab besan halka brown hone lage aur mehak aane lage to usme thoda sa pani (1 chamach)hath se chidak dijiye,pani chidakne par besan me jhag aa jayegi.

besan tab tak chalaate hue bhuniye jab tak jhag khatam na ho jaye.Jhag khatam hone par gas band kar dijiye aur besan ko turant thanda hone ke liye alag plate me nikal kar rakh lijiye.

Besan jab thanda (halka garam reh jaye) ho jaye to kaju,badaam ke chote -chote tukde karke besan me mila dijiye ,bura (tagaar) ,ilaychi powder bhi dalkar ashe se mila dijiye.Pista ko patla-patla kaat kar rakh lijiye.

Aapka mishran ab tyar hai,thoda-thoda mishran lekar gol-gol laddu bnakar plate me rakhte jaiye,laddu ke upar pista sja dijiye.Lijiye tyaar hai aapke yummy yummy besan ladoo recipe.

Besan ke laddu 7 ghante bahar hi rahne dijiye taaki vah khushak ho jaye,fir cantenar me rakhkar freez me rakh dijiye aur 3 mahine tak jab man chahe khaiye.
