Aaj ham banayege Matar Paneer dhaba style.Yah bohat hi lajij sabji hai jise aap kisi bhi khas avsar par mehmano ke liye banaa sakte hai.

Tamatar ki gravy me mulayam matar aur paneer milakar 😋bani matar paneer kise pasand nahi aati!Isse cream milakar rich gravy me bhi banaa sakte hai aur sirf tamatar ki gravy me bhi.Pesh hai Matar Paneer dhaba style.

Ingredients for Matar Paneer - Avshyak Samgri

  • Matar-1cup
  • Paneer-250 gram
  • Tamatar -250 gram
  • Pyaj - 2
  • Hari mirch-3
  • Tel-3-4 tablesapoon
  • Cream-1/2 cup
  • Haraa dhaniya-4 tablesapon(baarik kataa hua)
  • Adrak paste-1 choti chamach
  • Jeera-1/2 chota chamach
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Haldi Powder-1/2 chota chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-1 chota chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 chota chamach
  • Garam masala -1/4 chota chamach
  • Namak-1 choti chamach

How to Make Matar Paneer - Vidhi

Sabse pehale paneer ko 1-1 inch ke tukado me kaat kar tyar kar lijiye.

Pan me 2 choti chamach tel daal kar garam kijiye, tel garam hone par paneer ke tukade daal kar sunehra hone tak sek lijiye.

Paneer ko palat-palat kar 2 aur se golden brown hone tak seke aur plate me nikaal lijiye.

Ab pan me matar ke dano ko daal kar 2 minute ke liye dhak kar ke dhimi aanch par pka lijiye.

2 minute baad inhe check kijiye, matar ke daane halke naram ho gye hai, inhe pyale me nikaal lijiye.

Tamatar, hari mirch ko mixi me pees lijiye aur Pyaj ko chil kar, ashe se dho kar chota-chota kaat lijiye ya tamatar aur hari mirch se alag mixi me halka sa pees lijiye.

Gravy banane ke liye pan me 2 tablesapoon tel daal kar garam kijiye, garam tel me jeera, hing daaliye.

Jeera chatkhane par usme baarik kate pyaj daal kar halke brown hone tak taliye.

Ab haldi powder,dhaniya powder aur adrak ka paste daal kar halka sa bhuniye.

Ab tamatar, hari mirch ka paste, lal mirch powder daal kar masale ko tab tak bhuniye jab tak masale ke upar tel tairta dikhne lage.

Masala bhun jaane par isme cream daal dijiye aur masale ko lagaatar chalate hue tab tak bhuniye jab tak ki isme ubaal na aa jaye (lagaatar chamach se chalate jarur rahiye ).

Masale me ubaal aane par isme 1 cup paani daal kar mix kijiye aur gravy ko fir se lagaatar chalate hue ubaal aane tak pakaye.

Gravy me ubaal aane par isme namak, garam masala, baarik kataa hua haraa dhaniya daal kar mila dijiye.

Ab gravy me bhuna hua paneer,matar ke daane daal dijiye, sabhi chijo ko ashe se mila dijiye.

Sabji ko dhak karke 4-5 minute pakne dijiye.

Sabji ko check kijiye.

Matar Paneer ban kar tyaar hai.

Isse pyale me nikaal kar haraa dhaniye se sajaakar parosiye. 


Tips-

  • Masale me cream daalne ke baad isse lagataar chalate hue pakaye, agar aisa nahi karege to gravy me daali gayi cream fat sakti hai.
  • Gravy ko apni pasand ke anusaar dry fruit ya mawa ya halki gravy sirf tamatar se, thoda sa besan daal kar ya tamatar aur pyaj se bhi bana sakte hai bohat hi ashi subzi banti hai.
  • Matar Paneer ki subzi me calori kam karne ke liye aap paneer ko bina tale bhi use kar sakte hai.
  • Aap apne swadanusaar Matar aur Paneer ki matra kam ya jada kar sakte hai.
