Palak Paneer uttar bharat ki bohat hi lokpriya sabji hai,jiska naam sunte hi muh me pani aa jaye.Postic Palak-Paneer ke badhiya svad ka lutf uthane ke liye isse paneer paratho ya garam-garam chapatiyo ke sath parosiye.

To aaiye banate hai Palak Paneer ki svadist sabji.

Ingredients for Palak-Paneer Recipe-Avshyak Samgri

  • Palak (kati hui) - 4 cup
  • Paneer - 1/2 cup
  • Pyaj - 1 (badaa pyaj baarik kata hua)
  • Adrak - 1/2 inch (baarik kata hua)
  • Hari mirch - 2-3 (kutri hui)
  • Lehsun kaliya - 4-5 pisi hui
  • Taji malai - 3 Tblspn
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 Tspn
  • Nimbu ka ras - 1 Tspn
  • Kasuri Methi - 1 Tspn
  • Pani - 1/3 cup + 1/4 cup
  • Tel ya Ghi - 2 Tblspn + talne ke liye
  • Namak - swadanusaar

How to Make Palak Paneer- Vidhi

Palak ke patto par lagi mitti nikalne ke liye unhe pani me ashi tarah se dho kar saaf kar le aur chote-chote tukdo me kaat lijiye.

Palak ko blanch karne ke liye usse namkin pani me 2 minute ke liye ubaliye.Uble hue Palak ko channi se chan lijiye.

Turant usse thande pani me daal kar 1 minute ke rehne dijiye.Baad me adhik pani ko nikalne ke liye chan dijiye.

Ab Palak, Adrak, Hari mirch aur 1/4 cup pani ko mixi me pees kar puree bana lijiye.

 Ek kadai me tel ya ghi garam kijiye.Paneer ke tukdo ko usme madhyam aanch par tab tak taliye jab tak ki vah halke bhure rang ke nahi ho jate.Agar tale hue paneer me tel jada lage to adhik tel sokhne ke liye unhe kitchen papar napkin par rakh dijiye.

Ek alag kadai me dhimi aanch par 2 TBLspn tel garam kijiye.Isme baarik kata hua pyaaj daal kar halke bhure rang ka hone tak pakaiye.

Ab pisa hua lehsun daal kar 20-25 second tak mishran ko kalchi se milate rahiye.

Palak ki puree, garam masala aur namak daal kar mishran ko milaiye aur thodi der tak pakaiye.

1/3 cup pani daal kar ashe se milaiye aur ubaal aane tak dhimi aanch par pakaiye.Bich me thode-thode samay par usse kalchi se milate rahiye.

Jab gravy ubalna suru ho jaaye tab tala hua paneer daal kar 3-4 minute tak pakaiye.Nimbu ka ras aur kasuri methi daal kar ashe se milaiye.Ab gas band kar dijiye aur malai daal kar milaiye.

Garma-garam subzi ko serving bowl me daal kar roti, plane paratha ya butter naan ke sath parosiye.

Tips-


  • Agar aapke paas paneer uplabdh na ho to Palak Paneer banane ke liye Paneer ki jagah tale hue tofu ka istmaal karke iss punjabi subzi ka maja utha sakte hai.
  • Naram Paneer gravy me aasani se mil jata hai.Paneer ko naram banane ke liye usse talne ke baad 10 minute tak garam pani me duba kar rakhiye.
  • Dudh ki malai gas band karne ke baad hi milana jaruri hai.Chalu gas me subzi me malai daalne se malai fat jaayegi.
  • Agar aap gravy ki matra ko bdhana chahte hai, to step 9 me jada pani daal lijiye aur swadanusaar masala bhi mila lijiye.
  • Palak Paneer ko aur bhi swadist banane ke liye isme tale hue paneer ka upyog kiya jata hai.Agar aap kam calori vali subzi banana chahte hai, to paneer ko tale bina hi istmaal kar lijiye.

Serving Ideas-

  • Palak Paneer ko tarah-tarah ki bhartiya rotiyo ke sath parosa jata hai.Iske alava aap Palak Paneer ko uble hue chaval, Jeer arice aur kakdi ke salad ke sath bhi paros sakte hai.
