Ingredients for Beans Carrot Curry - Avshyak Samgri

  • Beans-200gram
  • Gajar-1
  • Tamatar-4(250 gram)
  • Hari mirch-2
  • Haraa dhaniya-2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kataa hua)
  • Tel-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Nariyal-1/2 cup(kaddukas kiya hua)
  • Mungfali-1/4 cup(bhuni hui)
  • Jeera-1/2 choti chamach
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach
  • Garam masala-1/4 choti chamach se kam
  • Adrak-1 choti chamach(paste)
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Namak-1 choti chamach ya savadanusaar

How to Make Gajar beans curry (Vidhi)- 

Beans gajar curry banane ke liye sabse pehale beans ko ashi tarah dho kar le lijiye, ab iske dono aur se danthal hataa kar, 1 inch ya pona inch ke tukado me kaat kar tyar kar lijiye.

Gajar chil kar, dho kar patle chote chote tukado me kaat kar tyar kar lijiye.

Pan ko gas par rakhe isme 1 tablesapoon tel daal kar garam kijiye, tel garam hone par tel me kate hue beans, gajar aur 1/2 choti chamach namak daal kar mix kijiye.

Beans aur gajar ko 1-2 minute lagataar chalate hue bhun lijiye, sabji bhun jaane par isme 1/4 cup paani daal dijiye aur dhak karke dhimi aanch par pakne dijiye.

Sabji ko bich-bich me chalate rahe.

jis se sabji pan ke tale par na chipke.Beans aur gajar ko jada naram nahi karna hai, halka sa kurkaraa rakhna hai.

Ab sabji ke liye masala tyar kare ,tamatar ko bade-bade tukado me kaat kar mixer jaar me daal dijiye sath hi isme hari mirch ko 2 tukado me kaat kar daal dijiye.Ab inka paste daal dijiye.

Tamatar ke paste me hi mungfali ke daane aur kaddukas kiya hua nariyal daal kar ek baar fir se isse mixer jaar me grind karke baarik paste banaa kar tyar kar lijiye.

Pan garam kijiye, 2 tablesapoon tel daaliye aur tel garam hone par jeera daal dijiye.

Jeera tadkane par hing,haldi powder,dhaniya powder,adrak ka paste daal kar masale ko thoda sa bhuniye, tamatar, naariyal, mungfali ke paste vala masala daal dijiye.

Masale ko tab tak bhune jab tak ki masale me se tel alag na hone lage.

Lal mirch powder daal dijiye, masala bhun jaane par isme 1 cup paani, 1/2 chota chamach namak, garam masala aur thoda sa haraa dhaniya daal kar gravy me ubaal aane dijiye.

Masale me ubaal aane par isme gajar aur beans daal kar mix kijiye aur sabji ko dhak karke dhimi aanch par 3-4 minute pakne dijiye.

Sabji ko check kijiye, sabji ban kar tyar hai,isse pyale me nikaal kar hare dhaniye se sajaye, garma-garam chapati ke sath parose aur khaye.

Sujhav-

  • Agar aap pyaj lahsun pasand karte hai, to jeera bhunane ke baad 1 pyaj baarik kati hui aur 4-5 lehsun ki kaliya baarik kati hui daale aur halka gulabi hone tak bhune aur baaki saari chije issi tarah daalte hue sabji banaye.
