Ingredients For Green Peas Pulao Recipe (Avshyak Samgri)-

  • Basmati chaval-1 cup
  • Hare chane-1 cup
  • Gajar-1 chote tukdo me kati hui
  • Haraa dhaniya-2-3 bade chamach
  • Tel-3-4 bade chamach
  • Nimbu-1
  • Hari mirch-2-3 (lambai me kati hui)
  • Adrak-1 inch(baarik kataa hua)
  • Badi ilaychi-2
  • Daalchini-1 inch
  • Laung-3-4
  • Kali mirch-10
  • Jeera-1/2 chota chamach
  • Namak-1.5 chota chamach ya savaadanusar

How to Make Green Peas Pulao Recipe (Vidhi)-

Chavalo ko ashi tarah se dho kar 1/2 ghante ke liye paani me bhigo kar rakh dijiye.

Pan me tel daal kar garam kijiye, garam tel  me hare chane aur gajar ko daal kar chamach se chalaa dijiye, 2-3 minute dhimi aanch par dhak kar crispy hone tak pakaa lijiye aur alag pyale me nikaal lijiye.

Bache hue tel me jeera daaliye,jeera bhun jaane par tel me badi ilaychi ke daane, chote tukado me kati daalchini, kali mirch aur laung daal kar halka sa bhun lijiye.

Ab bhige hue chaval daal dijiye, namak daal kar 2 minute tak chamach se chalate hue bhuniye.

Saare masalo ki koting chavalo ke upar ashi tarah aa jaye, 2 cup paani daal dijiye aur mix kar dijiye.

Pulao ko 5 minute dhak kar dhimi aanch par pakne dijiye.

Dhakan kholiye aur bhune hue hare chane aur gajar daal dijiye, nimbu ka ras aur thoda sa kataa hua haraa dhaniya daal kar mila lijiye.

Chavalo ko dhak kar fir se dhimi aanch par pakne dijiye.

Chavalo ko har 5 minute baad check kijiye aur chamach se chalaa dijiye, chavalo ko pakne me lagbhag 15 minute ka samay lag jaata hai.

Gas band kar dijiye aur chavalo ko dhakaa rahane dijiye, 10-15 minute  baad cholia chaval pulao tyaar hai.

Garma-garam chaval pulao dahi ya chatni ya man pasand sabji ke sath parosiye aur khaiye.
