How to Make Alsi ka Meetha Paratha

Poshak tatvo se bharpur alsi ke bijo se chatni,pinni,roti,cheela to bnaye hi jaate hai,alsi ka mitha paratha bhi bohat swadist hota hai.Ham isse tifin mebhi rakh sakte hai.

ALSI KA PARATHA RECIPE

Ingredients (Avshyak Samgri)-


  • Gehu ka aata-1cup(150gram)
  • Namak-1/4 choti chamach ya svadanusaar
  • Ghi-1 choti chamach

Stuffing ke liye-


  • Alsi powder-1/4 cup(30gram)
  • Chini-1/4 cup(50gram)
  • Ghi-2 choti chamach

How to Make Alsi ka Meetha Paratha-Vidhi

1 bade pyale me aata nikaal lijiye, isme 1/4 choti chamach namak aur 1 choti chamach ghi dalkar mila lijiye, thoda-thoda pani daalte hue naram aata guth kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Aate ko 20 minute tak dhak kar rakh dijiye,aata set hokar tyaar ho jaayega.

Stuffing ke liye-

Alsi ka powder lijiye chini dalkar mila dijiye.Isme 2 choti chamach ghi dalkar mila dijiye.Stuufing tyaar hai.

Tva garam hone ke liye rakh dijiye, hath par thoda sa tel lgakar aate ko masal-masal kar chikna kar lijiye.

Aate se thoda sa aata todiye aur gol loi bnakar tyaar kar lijiye, loi ko sukhe aate me lapet kar chakale par rakhiye aur lagbhag 3-4 inch ke vyaas me beliye.

Bele gye parathe par 2 choti chamach stuffing rakhiye.

Parathe ko charo aur se utha kar stuffing band kar dijiye, dono hatho ke bich rakh kar hatheliyo se dba kar thoda sa bada kar lijiye.

Sukhe aate me lapetiye aur 5-6 inch ke vyaas me thoda sa mota paratha bel kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Garam tave par thoda sa ghi dalkar charo aur faila dijiye,parathe ko sikane ke liye tave par daaliye.

Jab parathe ka color upar se thoda sa dark ho jaaye to parathe ko palat dijiye, dusari aur se bhi halki brown chitti aane tak sek lijiye.

Upar ki aur 1 choti chamach ghi dalkar charo aur failaiye.Parathe ko palatiye aur iss aur bhi thoda sa ghi dalkar failaiye.

Medium aag par parathe ko palat-palat kar kalchi se daba kar, dono aur halki brown chitti aane tak sek lijiye.Sike hue parathe ko plate me nikaal lijiye.

Issi tarah se saare parathe bna kar tyaar kar lijiye.Itne aate me 5-6 parathe ban kar tyaar ho jaate hai.
