Ingredients for Bhindi Tamatar ki Subzi - Avshyak Samgri

  • Bhindi-250gram
  • Tamatar-2(100gram)
  • Haraa dhaniya-2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kataa hua)
  • Tel-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Hing-1pinch
  • Jeera-1/2 chota chamach
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Adrak paste-1/2 choti chamach
  • Hari mirch-2(baarik kati hui)
  • Namak-3/4 choti chamach ya svadanusaar
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Saunf powder-1 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach

Bhindi ko 2 bar ashe tarike se dho kar, chalni me rakh dijiye, sara pani htakar, pani sukhane tak sukha lijiye.

1 bhindi ko uthaiye ,aage aur piche ke danthal kaat kar nikaal dijiye,bhindi ko 1/2 -pauna inch size me kaat lijiye.

Tamatar ko bhi dho kar, sukha kar, chote-chote tukado me kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Pan me tel dalkar garam kijiye, garam tel me jeera, hing, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, adrak ka paste aur hari mirch dalkar masale ko thoda sa bhun lijiye.

Bhune hue masale me kataa hua tamatar, bhindi, namak aur lal mirch powder dalkar sabhi chijo ko ashe se milate hue mix kar lijiye.

Ab sabji ko dhak karke 5 minute dhimi aanch par pakne dijiye,iske baad check kijiye.

sabji ko chalaa karke fir se 5 minute pakne dijiye aur check kijiye, sabji me agar tamatar ka juice dikh rha ho to usse tej aag par 1-2 minute tak pka lijiye.

Sabji bankar tyaar hai, saunf powder aur haraa dhaniya dalkar mila dijiye.

Gas band kar dijiye aur sabji ko pyale me nikaal lijiye.

  • Agar aap pyaj bhi dalna chahte hai to, 1 pyaj ko chota-chota kaat kar jeera dalne ke baad dalkar halka brown bhunane ke baad baaki sabji ussi tarah bna lijiye.
