Ingredients for Kaju Korma - Avshyak Samgri

  • Kaju-50 gram

Gravy ke Liye-

  • Tamatar-4(250gram)
  • Adrak-1 inch
  • Hari mirch-2
  • Kaju-10-12 masale me dalkar pisne ke liye
  • Cream-100gram
  • Tel-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Haraa dhaniya-2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kataa hua)
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Jeera-1/4 chota chamach
  • Sabut garam masala-badi ilaychi-1,laung-2,kali mirch-6-7,daalchini-2-3
  • Namak-1 choti chamach ya svadanusaar
  • Garam masala-1/4 choti chamach se kam
  • Lal mirch-1/4 choti chamach
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach

How to Make Kaju Korma - Vidhi

Tamatar, hari mirch, adrak aur kaju ko pees kar baarik paste bna lijiye.

Pan gas par rakh kar garam kijiye, pan me tel daaliye, tel ke halka garam hone par kaju dalkar ,lgatar chalate hue, halka sa color change hone tak, bhun lijiye.

Tel me jeera dalkar bhune, jeera bhun jane par hing, haldi powder, sabut garam masale, badi ilaychi ko chilkar, uske beej dalkar halka sa bhune.

Ab tamatar, kaju, hari mirch, adrak ka paste dalkar masale ko chamache se chalate hue tab tak bhune jab tak masale se tel alag na ho jaye.

Lal mirch powder bhi dal dijiye.

Bhune masale me garam masala aur cream daal dijiye.

Gravy me 1/2 cup pani daal dijiye.Gravy ko jitna gadha ya patla rakhna chahte hai, pani mila dijiye aur chalate hue tab tak pkaiye jab tak ki gravy me fir se ubaal na aa jaye.

Ab isme thoda sa haraa dhaniya daal dijiye.

Gravy me ubaal aane par namak dal dijiye aur bhune hue kaju bhi daal dijiye, dhak karke bilkul dhimi aag par sabji ko 3-4 minute tak pakne dijiye, taaki kaju ke andar saare masale jajb ho jaaye.

Kaju Korma Sabji bankar😊 tyaar hai, gas band kar dijiye.

Sabji ko pyale me nikaliye, hara dhaniya upar se dalkar sjaiye.

Garma-garam kaju korma ko chapati, parathe ya chaval ke sath parosiye aur khaiye.


Sujhav-


  • Yadi aap pyaj vali gravy bnana chahte hai, to 1 pyaj baarik kaat kar ya pees kar jeera bhunane ke baad dalkar bhune, aur bilkul issi tarah sare masale dalkar sabji bnale.
  • Gravy ko aap apni pasand ke anusaar kharbuje ke beej, khaskhas, mawa, paneer, nariyal, jisase chahe bna sakte hai.
  • Agar aap jada spicy sabji khana chahte hai, tab aap thodi adhik mirch daal sakte hai.
