Ingredients for Saag Paneer - Avshyak Samgri

  • Sarso ke patte-250gram
  • Muli ke patee-2-3 muli ke patte
  • Palak -250gram
  • Methi-125gram
  • Haraa dhaniya-50-60 gram
  • Hari mirch-3-4
  • Jeera-1 choti chamach
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach
  • Tel-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Ghi-1 tablesapoon
  • Paneer-200 gram
  • Tamatar-3(200gram)
  • Besan-1 tablesapoon
  • Namak- 1 choti chamach ya svadanusaar
  • Adrak paste-1 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch-1/4 choti chamach

How to Make Saag Paneer - Vidhi

Sarso ke patto ko saaf kijiye, Badi dandiyo ko hataa dijiye, patto ko tod kar alag kar lijiye.

Patto ko saaf paani se dho kar, atrikt paani nikaal lijiye aur patto ko halka mota kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Muli ke naram patto ko bhi ashe se saaf karke dho kar sukha kar baarik kaat lijiye.

Issi tarah palak ko bhi saaf kijiye, moti dandiyo ko hataa dijiye, mulayam patto ko tod kar pani se dho kar, atrikt paani nikaal lijiye aur mota-mota kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Methi ke patto ko bhi ashe se saaf karke dho kar sukha kar kaat lijiye.

Cooker me sarso, palak, muli aur methi ke patte dalkar, 1/2 ya pauna cup paani daal kar cooker band kar dijiye aur 1 sity aane tak pakne dijiye.

Cooker me sity aane par gas band kar dijiye aur cooker ka pressure smapt (khatam) hone dijiye.

Tamatar, hari mirch ko ashe se dho kar mixer jaar me dalkar inka paste banaa lijiye.

Dhaniya ke patto ko bhi ashe se saaf karke dho kar baarik kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Paneer ko bhi chote-chote tukado me kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Non-stick pain me 1 chota chamach tel dalkar isme paneer ke tukado ko sikane ke liye rakh dijiye aur dono aur se palat-palat kar golden brown hone tak sek lijiye.

Sike hue tukado ko plate me nikaal lijiye.

Pain me 2-3 tablesapoon tel aur daal dijiye.

Tel ke garam hone par isme jeera daal dijiye, jeera bhunane par hing, adrak ka paste, dhaniya powder aur besan dalkar thoda sa bhun lijiye.

Tamatar hari mirch ka paste, lal mirch powder dalkar mila dijiye aur masale ko tab tak bhune jab tak ki masale me se tel alag na hone lage.

Cooker ko khol kar sabjiya nikaal lijiye aur sabjiyo ke thanda ho jaane par inhe mixer jaar me dalkar dardra pees lijiye.

Masala bhun jaane par isme pisi sabjiya aur namak dalkar mila dijye.

Sabji me ubaal aane par isme bhuna hua paneer aur haraa dhaniya dalkar mila dijiye.

Sabji ko dhak karke 4-5 minute ke liye dhimi aanch par pakne djijiye.

Saag paneer sabji ban kar tyaar hai.

Sabji ko pyale me nikaal lijiye.Hare dhaniya se sja kar, saag paneer ke upar 1-2 chamach desi ghi daal dijiye.

Isse sabji ka svaad bhi badh jata hai.
