   Aaj ham tinde ko tamatar ke masale me mila kar bna rahe hai .Tinde ko tamatar ke sath pakne me der lagti hai,isliye ham tinde aur tamatar ko do alag-alag pan me pka kar milayege.

Ingredients for Tinda Masala - Avshyak Samgri

  • Tinde-10(500gram)
  • Tamatar-3(200gram)
  • Adrak-1/2 inch tukda
  • Hari mirch-3-4
  • Tel-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Haraa dhaniya-2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kataa hua)
  • Jeera-1/2 chota chamach
  • Hing-1pinch
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-2 choti chamach
  • Saunf powder-1 choti chamach
  • Namak-1 choti chamach ya svadanusaar

How to Make Tinda Masala with Tomato -Vidhi

Tindo ko ashe se dho kar sukha kar chil kar tyaar kar lijiye.1 tinde ke 7-8 tukade karte hue ,lambe tukade karte hue,saare tinde kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Tamatar-hari mirch-adrak ka paste bna kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Pan me 1 tablesapoon tel dalkar garam kijiye.

Garam tel me 1/4choti chamach jeera, 1/2 hing, 1/2 choti chamach haldi powder,tinde aur 1/2 choti chamach namak dalkar mila dijiye, ab 1/4 cup pani dalkar, dhak kar, 5 minute tak dhimi aur medium aag par pakne dijiye.

Tindo ko check kijiye aur firse dhak karke pakne dijiye.

Masala Tyaar Kijiye-

Dusre pan me tel dalkar garam kijiye.

Tel garam hone par jeera, hing, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, saunf powder dalkar masale ko halka sa bhun lijiye.

Ab isme tamatar-hari mirch-adrak ka paste dalkar, milaiye, lal mirch powder aur bacha hua namak dalkar masale ko tab tak bhuniye jab tak ki masale ke upar tel na tairne lage.

Masala bhun kar tyaar hai ,isme 1/2 cup pani dalkar mila dijiye.

Itni der me tinde pak kar tyaar ho gye hai, check kijiye, tinde naram ho gye hai.

Inhe masale me dalkar ashe se mila lijiye, hara dhaniya dalkar, mila dijiye aur sabji ko dhak karke 3-4 minute pakne dijiye.

Tinda Masala Sabji bankar tyaar hai, sabji ko pyale me nikaal lijiye aur haraa dhaniya upar se dalkar sjaiye.

Garma-garam tinde-tamatar ki sabji ko chapati,parathe ya chaval ke sath parosiye aur khaiye.
