Ingredients for Aloo Naan Recipe (Avshyak Samgri)-

  • Maida-400gram(2 cup)
  • Khana soda-1/4 choti chamach
  • Namak-swadanusaar (1/2 choti chamach)
  • Dahi-2 tablesapoon
  • Dudh-2 tablesapoon
  • Tel-2 tablesapoon
  • Tel ya Ghi-Naan ko sekne ke liye

Aloo Tyaar karne ke Liye-

  • Aloo-200gram (3-4 madhyam aakar ke)
  • Hari mirch- 2-3
  • Adrak-1 inch lamba tukda
  • Namak-1/3 choti chamach(swadanusaar)
  • Lal mirch-1/6 choti chamach
  • Amchur powder-1/4 choti chamach se kam
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach
  • Hara dhaniya-1 tablesapoon(baarik katra hua)

How to Make Aloo Naan Recipe-Vidhi

Maida ko khana soda aur namak mila kar chan lijiye, maida ke bich me hath se thodi jagah banaiye, dahi, dudh aur tel iss jagah me daaliye aur hath se dhire-dhire milaiye.

Saari chije maida me ashi tarah se mila lijiye aur thoda sa paani jitna ki aata lgane ke liye paryapt ho daal kar naram aata lagaiye.

Aate ko ashi tarah hath se mal-mal kar chikna kijiye,yah aata bohat hi halka ho jata hai.Guthe hue aate ko 4 ghante ke liye dhak kar rakh lijiye.Aata ful kar naan banane ke liye tyaar hai.

Aloo ko dho kar ubaal lijiye, thanda kijiye, chiliye aur baarik tod lijiye, hari mirch dhoiye, danthal todiye aur baarik kaat lijiye.Adrak ko chil lijiye, dhoiye aur kaddukas kar lijiye.

Aloo me hari mirch, adrak, namak, lal mirch, amchur powder, dhaniya powder, aur hara dhaniya daal kar milaiye, naan me aloo ki pithi bharne ke liye tyaar hai.

Tyaar aate ko aap 8 brabar bhago me baat kar gole bana lijiye aur pithi ko bhi 8 brabar bhago me baat lijiye.

Aate ka ek gola uthaiye, maide ke sukhe parothan me lapetiye aur golakar 5-6 inch ke vyaas me beliye, bele gaye naan ke upar aloo rakhiye, charo taraf se utha-kar band kijiye.

Iss aloo bhare band loi ko thoda sa sukha maida laga kar hath aur anguliyo ki shayta se thoda sa bada lijiye aur ab isse belan ki shayta se halka dabaav dete hue gol 6-7 inch vyaas me bel lijiye.

Tandur ke tray me tel lagaiye aur garam kijiye.Bela hua naan garam tray me daaliye aur naan ke upar bhi thoda tel ya ghi chupad dijiye.

Naan ko palat kar brown hone tak sekiye.Naan sekte samay bich-bich me tandur ko switch off karke thanda bhi kar sakte hai taaki naan jale nahi.Issi tarah saare naan banaiye.

Garma-garam Aloo naan Recipe, Aloo tamatar ki sabji, Daal makhani, Rayta, chatni ke sath parosiye aur khaiye.
