Ingredients for Rajma Recipe - Avshyak Samgri

  • Rajma-200gram (1 cup)
  • Namak-1choti chamach se thoda adhik(swadanusaar)
  • Khana soda-1/2 chota chamach se kam
  • Tamatar-250gram(3-4)
  • Adrak-1 inch lamba tukda(1 choti chamach paste)
  • Tel-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Jeera-1/2 choti chamach
  • Jeera powder-1/2 choti chamach
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder- 1 1/2 -2 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Garam masala-1/4 choti chamach
  • Nimbu-1 yadi aap chahe 
  • Hara dhaniya- 2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kata hua)

How to Make Rajma Recipe - Vidhi

Rajma ko 8-10 ghante pehale pani me bhigo dijiye.

Bhige hue rajma ko dho kar cooker me daaliye,1 chota glass pani,1/2 choti chamach se thoda kam khane ka soda aur swadanusaar namak mila kar cooker ka dhakan band kar de aur rajma pakne ke liye gas par rakhe.

Cooker me 1 sity aane ke baad gas dhimi kar de aur dhimi gas par 7-8 minute rajma pakne de.Gas band kar de.Cooker khulne tak masala tyaar kar lete hai.

Tamatar, hari mirch aur adrak ko mixi se pees kar baarik paste bana le.

Pan me tel daal kar garam kare, tel me hing aur jeera daal de.Jeera brown hone ke baad haldi powder,dhaniya powder,lal mirch powder,jeera powder daal kar chalaye aur, ab tamatar ka paste daal de.

Masale ko tab tak bhune jab tak ki masale ke upar tel na tairne lage.Masala bhun kar tyaar hai.

Agar aapko pyaj khana pasand hai to 1 medium pyaj ko baarik kaate aur tel garam hone par hing nahi daale, sirf jeera daal kar brown kare aur ab kate hue pyaj daal kar halke brown hone tak bhune.

Ab sabhi masale uprokt(pehale jaise hi) tarike se daal kar bhune, aur upar di gayi vidhi se rajma bana le.

Ab tak cooker ka pressure bhi khatam ho gaya hai.Cooker khol kar rajma ko tyaar masale me, mila dijiye.

Agar aapko lag raha hai ki rajma me pani ki matra kam hai to avshyktanussar pani mila de.

Ubaal aane ke baad 3-4 minute tak rajma ko banne de.Gas band kar de.Garam masala, nimbu ka ras aur hara dhaniya rajma me mila de.

Rajma(Red kidney beans-Rajma) tyaar hai,pyale me nikaal lijiye.Hara dhaniya ya pyaj se upar se sajaye.Garma-garam rajma chapati,Naan ke sath,aur rajma chaval to bohat hi ashe lagte hai.Parose aur khaiye.
