Urad daal tadka adhiktar uttar bharat me banayi jati hai.Sabut masalo ko taja kut kar banayi urad dal, hing aur sabut lal mirch ke tadke ke sath khas-kar uttar bharat ke dhabe ki bahu-tayat me parosi ja sakti hai.

Ingredients for Urad Dal Recipe -Avshyak Samgri

  • Urad daal-1/2 cup (100 gram)
  • Tamatar-1 paste
  • Hari mirch-1 paste
  • Adrak paste-1/2 choti chamach
  • Adrak- 1/2 inch tukda(baarik kata hua)
  • Hara dhaniya- 2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kata hua)
  • Kari-patta-8-10
  • Jeera-1/2 choti chamach
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Haldi powder-1/2 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach
  • Garam masala- 1/4 choti chamach se kam
  • Lal mirch powder- 1/4 choti chamach
  • Sabut lal mirch- 2
  • Daalchini- 1/2 inch tukda
  • Badi ilaychi- 1
  • Laung-2
  • Kali mirch- 10
  • Ghi- 2-3 tablesapoon

How to Make Urad Dal Recipe -Vidhi

Urad ki daal ko saaf karke, dho kar le lijiye.

Tamatar, hari mirch ko dhokar saaf karke mixer jaar me daal kar paste bana lijiye.

Badi ilaychi ko chil kar iske beez nikaal lijiye.Ab in bijo ko, kali mirch aur laung ko dardara kut kar le lijiye.

Cooker me 1-2 tablesapoon ghi dal kar garam hone dijiye.

Ghi garam hone par jeera dal kar bhun lijiye, hing dardare kute masala, haldi powder, dhaniya powder aur kari patta dal kar masalo ko kalchi se ashi tarah se milate hue bhun lijiye.

Iske baad isme tamatar, hari mirch ka banaya hua paste, adrak ka paste aur baarik kata hua adrak dal kar tab tak bhune jab tak ki masala se ghi na alag hone lage.

Masala se ghi alag hone lage tab urad daal dal kar daal ko masala ke sath 1 minute bhun lijiye.

Ab 2 cup pani aur namak dal kar mila dijiye.cooker ko band kar dijiye.

Cooker me 1 sity aana ke baad, aanch ko dhimi kar daal ko 2 minute tak pakne dijiye.Gas ko band kar dijiye.

Cooker se jab saari bhap nikal jaaye tab cooker ka dhakan khol dijiye.

Ab garam masala aur baarik kata hua hara dhaniya dal kar mila dijiye, daal khane ke liye tyaar hai, lekin daal ko aur jada swadist banane ke liye daal me upar se ek aur tadka dal sakte hai.

Choti kadhayi me 2 chota chamach ghi dal kar garam kijiye, garam ghi me 1/4 choti chamach jeera aur sabut lal mirch dal kar halka sa bhun lijiye.

Iss tadke ko daal ke upar dal kar sajaiye aur hara dhaniya dal kar sajaiye.Swadist masala urad daal ban kar tyaar hai, parosiye aur khaiye.
