Lemon Pickle: Nimbu ka Achar

   खाना कोई भी हो लेकिन उसका असली स्वाद 😋अचार के साथ ही आता है और अगर😋 नींबू का अचार (Lemon Pickle)😋 मिल जाए तो मजा दोगुना हो जाता है.
Paaram-parik roop se Lemon Pickle 20-25 din me ban kar tyaar hota hai, lekin nimbu ka achar thodi matra me banana ho to nimbu ka achar turat-furat bhi banaya ja sakta hai.

Lekin Nimbu ka Achar kayi tariko se banaya ja sakta hai.Nimbu ka Masale ka Achar, Nimbu ka Sada Achar, Mitha Nimbu ka Achar, Tel ka Nimbu ka Achar, Sabut Nimbu ka Achar Etc.
Nimbu ka Achar Kafi din chalta hai aur swadist bhi hota hai.To aaiye aaj ham aapko Lemon Pickle banane ki alag-alag recipes batate hai.

Turat Furat Nimbu ka Achar

Ingredients for Instant Nimbu ka Achar-Avshyak Samgri

  • Nimbu-8(250gram)
  • Sarso ka Tel-1/4 cup
  • Namak-1.5 tablesapoon(30gram)
  • Haldi powder-1/2 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/2 choti chamach
  • Kali mirch-1/2 choti chamach
  • Rayi-1/2 choti chamach
  • Kalonji-1/2 choti chamach
  • Hing- 2-3 pinch

Instant Lemon Pickle Recipe -Vidhi

Ek bartan me 2-3 cup pani ubalne ke liye rakh dijiye.Pani me ubal aane par gas dhima kar dijiye aur nimbuo ko pani me dal dijiye.

Nimbuo ko 10minute dhimi aanch par ubalne dijiye.10 minute bad nimbuo ko pani se nikal kar plate me rakh lijiye aur thanda hone dijiye.

Nimbu ke thanda hone par inhe kaat kar pyale me rakhte jaye, beez nikal kar alag kar dijiye, ab kate hue nimbu ke tukdo me namak, haldi powder, lal mirch powder dal kar sabhi ingredients ko ashe se mila dijiye.

Sabut kali mirch ko dar-dra kut kar, dal kar mila dijiye.

Pan me tel dal kar garam kijiye.Tel ke garam hone par gas dhima kar dijiye aur garam tel me rayi dal kar bhune, Rayi tadakne par kalonji, hing dal kar gas band kar dijiye.Masale ko thoda-thoda nimbu me dal kar mila dijiye.

Aapka Turat Furat banane vala Lemon Pickle ban kar tyaar hai, achar ko 3-4 din dhup me ya kamre me hi rehne dijiye aur din me 1-2 baar achar ko chala kar upar niche kar dijiye taaki masale ashe se achar me mil jaaye.Isse turant khaya ja sakta hai.

Lekin 3-4 din ke andar sara masala nimbu ke andar ashi tarah pohanch jata hai.Achar ko hamesha sukhe aur saaf chamach se nikaliye, yah achar 1 saal tak chalta hai.

Ingredients for Nimbu ka Sada Achar - Avshyak Samgri

  • Nimbu - 1kg (30-32 nimbu)
  • Kala Namak - 2 TBLspn
  • Namak - 200gram
  • Haldi - 1 choti chamach (optional)

Lemon Pickle Recipe - Vidhi

Nimbu ka achar banane ke liye, bajar se ashi kisam ke patle chilke vale, bina dhabo vale nimbu le aaiye.

Nimbu ko saaf pani se dhoiye aur pine vale pani me 6-7 ghante ke liye duba kar rakh dijiye.

Nimbuo ko pani se nikaal kar, sukhe saaf kapde se ponchiye, 1 nimbu ke 4 ya 8 tukde karte hue apni pasand ke anusaar kaat lijiye, unke anadr ke saare beez chaku ki sahayta se nikaal lijiye.

Kisi kaanch, chini ya plastic ke saaf aur sukhe container me nimbu ke tukdo ko bhar de,namak aur haldi bhi mila dijiye.

Container ke dhakan ko band karke 25-30 din ke liye dhup me rakh dijiye, 2-3 me ek baar container ko hila kar nimbuo ke ras aur masale ko upar niche kar dijiye.

Nimbu ka chilka bhi naram ho jaayega aur Nimbu ka Achar bhi tyaar ho gaya hai.

Ingredients for Masaledaar Lemon Pickle - Avshyak Samgri

  • Nimbu - 1kg(30-32 nimbu)
  • Kala Namak - 50gram
  • Namak - 200gram
  • Jeera - 2choti chamach
  • Ajwain - 1 choti chamach
  • Kali Mirch - 2choti chamach
  • Maithi - 1 choti chamach
  • Laung - 1 choti chamach
  • Badi Ilaychi - chili hui(1 choti chamach)

Masaledaar Lemon Pickle Recipe - Vidhi

Jis tarah se aap sada Achar banate hai, ussi tarah se masaledaar achar banaiye.

Jab Nimbu ka chilka naram ho jaaye to jeera, ajwain, maithi ko halka brown hone tak bhun lijiye.Kali Mirch, Laung, Badi Ilaychi aur 2 choti chamach kala namak mila dijiye, Sabhi masalo ko pees kar in nimbu ke achar me milaiye.

6-7  Nimbu ka ras nichod kar iss achar me aur mila dijiye taaki nimbu sukhe na rahe.

2-3 din ke andar sara masala nimbu ke andar ashi tarah se pohanch jata hai.

Tips-

  • Achar ke liye container kanch ka ya plastic ka ho, container ko ubalte pani se dho kar dhup me ashi tarah se sukha lijiye.Container ko oven me bhi sukhaya ja sakta hai.
  • Jab bhi achar Container se nikale to saaf aur sukhe chamach ka hi use karna chahiye.
