Ingredients for Kadai Paneer Recipe-Avshyak Samgri

  • Paneer- 1 packet cubed
  • Pyaj- 1 (chota-chota kata hua)
  • Shimla Mirch- 1 (kati hui)
  • Tamatar ki Puree - 1cup
  • Lal mirch powder- 1Tsp
  • Dhaniya Powder - 1 TBLspn
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1Tsp
  • Adrak - 1 Tsp ashe se kati hui ya adrak paste
  • Jeera - 1 Tsp
  • Oil - 3 TBLspn
  • Namak- svadanusaar
  • Dhaniya patte- sajane ke liye

How to Make Kadai Paneer- Vidhi

Sabse pehale kadai me 1 TBLspn tel garam kariye, Tel garam hone par paneer ke tukado  ko golden hone tak taliye.

Paneer talne ke baad kadai se nikaal kar upyog na hone tak  garam pani me bhigo dijiye.Kadai me 1 TBLspn Oil garam kijiye.

Garam Tel me Pyaj aur Shimla mirch 5min tak taliye.Ab inhe kadai se nikaal kar ek pyale me side par kuch der ke liye rakh dijiye.

Ab fir se 1 TBLspn tel garam kijiye aur tel garam hone par jeera, kata hua adrak 15-20 sec ke liye bhuniye.

Ab isme tamatar puree, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, namak daal kar ashe se milaiye aur masale se tel alag hone tak pakaiye.

Ab tale hue pyaj aur shimla mirch ko isme daal kar ashe se milaiye.Tale hue paneer ke tukado ko pani se nikaal kar isme mix kar dijiye.

Pani ka ek chonk dijiye aur 3 min tak pakaiye.

Dhaniya patte se sajakar garma-garam roti aur chaval ke sath serve kijiye.
