Kesar aur ilaychi se lade malaidaar, chip-chipe shrikhand ke upar mile jule fal dale hue aur garma-garam puri ke upar daal kar parosa gaya, yah ek aisa vyanjan hai jiske liye aap kuch bhi kar sakte hai.Abhi iss jhatpat shrikhand vyanjan ke sath, aapko lalach nahi hoga, kyoki ab aap isse kabhi bhi bana sakte hai.

Shrikhand Recipe

Ingredients for Shrikhand Recipe-

  • Dahi- 1 1/2 cup vasa bharpur
  • Shakkar- 5 tablesapoon pisi hui ya avshyktanusaar
  • Ilaychi powder- 1/2 teasapoon
  • Kesar ke kuch lache- 1 tablesapoon gungune paani me bhigoye hue 

Sajane ke liye-

  • Badam ki katran- 1tablesapoon
  • Pista ki katran- 1tablesapoon

How To Make Shrikhand-

Sabse pehale Kesar ko 1 tablesapoon gungune paani me bhigo de aur ek side me rakh de.Dahi ko suti kapde me rakhe.Suti kapde ko nichod kar sara paani nikal kar fenk dijiye.

Iss chakka dahi ko ek bowl me nikal kar, pisi hui shakar daal kar ashi tarah mila lijiye aur ghutni ka paryog kar fent le.

Ilaychi powder aur kesar-paani ka mishran daal kar, dubara ghutni ka paryog kar mila lijiye.

Shrikhand ko parosne ke bowl me nikal kar, badam aur pista ke katran se sajakar kam-se-kam 1 ghante ke liye freez me rakh de.

Aapka Shrikhand ban kar tyaar hai.Thanda-thanda parose.
