Dhundne par shayad hi aisa koi milega jise kesar aur ilaychi se bani Shahi Rabri Pasand na ho.Iss Rabri Recipe me Malai ke chote-chote tukdo vali gadhi Rabri banai gayi hai.Iss Rabri Recipe ka swad do guna karne ke liye badam aur pista ka bharpur upyog kiya gya hai, aur bohat hi ashi mehak ke liye kesar dala gya hai.Bohat hi kam samgri se banne vali uttari bharat ke paaram-parik pakvano me shamil lachedaar Rabri kisi bhi khaas avsar ko aur bhi khaas bana de.To aaiye banate hai Rabri.

Ingredients For Rabri Recipe-

  • Full Fat Dudh-1 1/2 liter
  • Chini- 2 1/2  table spoon
  • Hari Ilaychi ka Powder- 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Badam- 10 katre hue
  • Kesar ke dhage- 5-7
  • Pista- 10 katre hue

Rabri Recipe Method: Rabri Recipe in Hindi Method-

Ek chaudi nan-stick kadai ya fir bhari tale ki kadai me madhyam aanch par dudh ko ubaalne ke liye rakhiye.

Jab dudh ubalne lag jaaye tab aanch ko dhima kar dijiye aur 3-4 minute ke antar par kalchi se chalate rahiye.Jab dudh par malai ki ek parat ban jaaye, tab usse kalchi ki madad se kadai ke kinare par laga dijiye.Jitni baar dudh ki upri satah par malai bane utni baar usse kalchi ki madad se kinare par laga dijiye.

Dudh ko tab tak pakaiye jab tak vah pehale ki tulna me 1/3 na ho jaaye.Chini daal kar ashe se milaiye jis se chini ashi tarah se dudh me ghul jaaye.

Ilaychi powder, katre hue badam, kesar ke dhage aur katre hue pista daal kar ashe se mila lijiye.

Kadai ke kinaro par jami malai ko khurach kar nikaliye aur dudh me daal dijiye (Iss se Rabri me swadist malai ke tukdo ka swaad aayega).

2 minute ke liye pakaiye aur gas band kar dijiye.Isse kamre me samanya taap-maan par thanda hone dijiye.Parosne se pehale isse freez me 2 ghante ke liye rakhiye.

Lijiye tyaar hai aapki Rabri Recipe.Tyaar ki gayi Kesar Rabri ko serving bowl me nikaal kar badam se sajaiye aur thanda hi parosiye.

Tips-

  • Rabri me malai ke tukde ho to hi isse khane me maja aata hai.Iss liye rabri banate vaqt isse kalchi se jada mat chalaiye.
  • Halke tale vali kadai me Rabri pakane se dudh tale par beth jaayega aur swaad bhi kharaab ho jaayega.Iss liye bhari tale vali kadai ka hi upyog kare.
  • Rabri ko aur bhi swadist banane ke liye freez me rakhne se pehale Rabri me paneer ke chote-chote gole daal dijiye.
  • Iss Recipe ko jaldi banane ke liye aap condensed milk ko use kar sakte hai, lekin iss se rabri utni swaadist nahi banegi.Agar aap condensed milk ko use karte hai to chini ki matra kam kar dijiye.
