Strawberry Milkshake

Ingredients for Strawberry Milkshake-


  • Ripe Strawberries- 7-8 (fresh or frozen)
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Ice cream- 1/2 cup
  • Sugar or Honey- 1 teaspoon (optional)

Method: How to Make Strawberry Milkshake-


  1. First wash the strawberries and then pat dry them.
  2. Remove the green leafy part from all the strawberries and cut into halves (or chop the strawberries).
  3. Add the chopped strawberries, chilled milk and ice cream in a blender jar.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon sugar or honey or as required.if the strawberries are very sweet, then you do not need to add sugar for extra sweetness.
  5. Blend until smooth puree.Pour into tall serving glasses.
  6. Garnish with strawberry and serve.

Yeast Free Pizza Recipe

Pizza Recipe: Usually pizza is prepared with yeast for rising the base.But most of us do not use yeast or at times yeast is not available.In this case pizza can be prepared without yeast.so Let's make pizza with this easy and delicious pizza recipe.

PIZZA RECIPE WITHOUT YEAST
Pizza Recipe

Ingredients for Yeast-Free Pizza Recipe-

For dough-

  • Refined flour- 1 cup (125 grams)
  • Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
  • Curd- 2 tablespoons
  • Baking Soda- 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sugar- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt- 1/4 teaspoon

For Pizza Topping- 

  • Mozzarella cheese- 2*2 inch piece
  • Capsicum- 8-10 pieces (1 inch long)
  • Preserved olive- 1 tablespoon
  • Pizza Sauce- 2 tablespoon
  • Oregano- 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sweet Corn- 1-2 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper Powder- 1-2 tablespoon

Method: Pizza Recipe


  1. Take refined flour in a large bowl.Add sugar, curd, salt, 2 teaspoon olive oil and baking soda.
  2. Mix all ingredients very well, then knead soft dough with help of lukewarm water.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and even or for 6-7 minutes.Pizza dough is ready.
  4. Grease the baking tray with some oil.Place the dough ball over tray and flatten with your hands into 1/3 inch circular shape.Evenly spread some oil over the pizza.
  5. First spread a thin layer of sauce over the pizza.Now place chopped olives, capsicum at distance and spread some sweet corn as well.
  6. Spread grated mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
  7. Preheat oven at 200 degree centigrade, place the baking tray in preheated oven and set it for 12 minutes on 200 degree centigrade,
  8. After 12 minutes check the pizza, If cheese is not melted and the pizza is still not brown from corners, then bake pizza for 3-4 minutes or until pizza gets slightly brown from corners.
  9. Sprinkle some oregano and black pepper powder over the pizza, cut in 4 pieces.
  10. Pizza without yeast is ready, serve pizza with tomato ketchup.

  4. Take Pav and slit it horizontally into two equal halves and keep one-side connected.Spread 1 tablespoon Green Chutney or as your taste on both inner sides of pav bun.

  • टमाटर केचप और हरी चटनी - परोसने के लिए

GREEN CHUTNEY RECIPE: HARI CHUTNEY RECIPE

Ingredients for Green Chutney Recipe-

  • Coriander Leaves- 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Cumin Seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Groundnuts- 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame Seeds/til- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shredded fresh Coconut- 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic Cloves- 3
  • Green Chilli- 1, seeded and chopped
  • Ginger0 1/4 inch, roughly chopped
  • Sugar- 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice- 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Water- 1 1/2 tablespoon

Method: Green Chutney Recipe-

  1. Add groundnuts, cumin seeds, coconut and sesame seeds in a small chutney jar of mixer grinder.
  2. Grind them in a grinder until smooth powdery paste.
  3. Add garlic, coriander leaves, 1 1/2 tablespoons water, green chilli, sugar, ginger, lemon juice, salt.
  4. Grind again and make a smooth paste.Taste for salt and lemon juice.Add more if required and mix well.
  5. Transfer green chutney to serving bowl.

Ingredients for Dry Garlic Chutney-

  • Garlic Cloves- 8
  • Dry Coconut- 1/2 cup grated
  • Sesame Seeds- 1 tablespoon
  • Roasted Peanuts- 1 tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder- 2 teaspoons
  • Coriander Powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Tamarind Paste- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil- 1 teaspoon
  • Salt

Method: Dry Garlic Chutney-

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan and roast garlic cloves over low flame for 1 minute.Turn off flame and transfer it to a plate.
  2. Dry roast grated coconut in same pan on low flame until light brown.Turn off flame and transfer it to a plate.
  3. Dry roast sesame seeds over low flame until seeds start to pop and transfer to plate.
  4. Let roasted coconut, sesame seeds and roasted garlic cool for 5 minutes.Add tamarind paste, roasted peanuts, salt, red chilli powder and coriander leaves in grinder jar.
  5. Grind them until medium coarse powder.
  6. Dry Garlic Chutney is ready.We can store it for up to 15 days in refrigerator.Use it as a spread for preparing Pav Vada.

HAKKA NOODLES RECIPE

Noodles Recipe

Ingredients for Veg Noodles Recipe-

  • Plain Noodles/Hakka Noodles- 2 cups (150 gm pack)
  • Garlic- 6 cloves, minced
  • Ginger- 1 teaspoon, minced
  • French Beans- 1/4 cup, sliced
  • Spring onion- 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Capsicum- 1/2 cup, thinly sliced
  • Cabbage- 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Carrot- 1/4 cup, julienned
  • Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  • Soya Sauce- 2 teaspoons
  • Chilli Sauce- 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Tomato Ketchup- 1 tablespoon
  • Oil- 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to Taste

Method: Hakka Noodles Recipe-

  1. Open the pack, remove the noodles from it, break noodles slab into 2-3 pieces so that it can be easily fit into the pan.
  2. Boil 6 cups water in a large pot and bring it to boil over medium flame.When it comes to rolling boil, add 1/2 tablespoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dried noodles.Boil for 5-6 minutes or until noodles are soft.Stir occasionally in between. 
  3. Turn off the flame and transfer it to colander to drain excess water.Pour 1-2 cups cold water over boiled noodles and drain again to remove excess stickness. 
  4. Transfer them over to pan and toss with 1 teaspoon oil.Transfer them to plate.Cut the vegetables.Make sure to chop the vegetables as thin as possible as they will take less time to cook. 
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium flame.Add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. 
  6. Add french beans and stir-fry for a minute.Add capsicum, spring onion, carrot and cabbage.
  7. Stir-fry vegetables until they are cooked but still crunchy for 2 minutes over high flame. 
  8. Add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder, salt and tomato ketchup.
  9. Mix well and cook for a minute, add boiled noodles.Mix until noodles are evenly coated with sauces and vegetables for 1 minute.
  10. Turn off the flame and transfer it to serving plate.Serve it with hot and sour soup or manchurian.Yummy veg Noodles Recipe is ready.

हक्का नूडल्स रेसिपी: NOODLES RECIPE IN HINDI

आवश्यक सामग्री: Ingredients for Noodles Recipe-

  • सादा नूडल्स/हक्का नूडल्स- 2 कप (150 ग्राम )
  • लहसुन- 6 कलियाँ, बारीक कटी हुई 
  • अदरक- 1  टीस्पून, बारीक कटा हुआ 
  • फ्रेंच बीन्स- 1/4 कप, कटा हुआ 
  • हरा प्याज- 1/4 कप, बारीक कटा हुआ 
  • शिमला मिर्च- 1/2 कप, पतला कटा हुआ 
  • पत्ता गोबी- 1/2 कप, कटा हुआ 
  • गाजर- 1/4 कप, लम्बी पतली स्लाइस में कटा हुआ 
  • काली मिर्च पाउडर- 1/4 टीस्पून 
  • सोया सॉस- 2 टीस्पून 
  • चिली सॉस- 1 1/2 टीस्पून 
  • टमाटर केचप- 1 टेबलस्पून 
  • तेल- 1 टेबलस्पून + 1 टेबलस्पून 
  • नमक- स्वादानुसार 

विधि: Veg Noodles Recipe-

  1. पैकेट को खोलकर एक प्लेट में नूडल्स निकालिये, नूडल्स को 2-3 भागो में तोड़ लीजिये।
  2. एक बड़े बर्तन में 6 कप पानी मध्यम आंच पर गरम करिये.जब पानी हल्का-हल्का उबलने लगे तो उसमे 1/2 टेबलस्पून तेल, 1/2 टीस्पून नमक और नूडल्स डालिये.
  3. नूडल्स नरम होने तक या 5-6 मिनट उबालिये.बीच-बीच में चम्मच से चलाइए.
  4. गैस बंद कर दीजिये और एक बड़ी छननी में नूडल्स को निकालकर उनका अतरिक्त पानी निकाल लीजिये.
  5. अब नूडल्स पर 2 कप ठंडा पानी डालिये और फिर से अतिरिक्त पानी निकाल लीजिये.
  6. अब इन नूडल्स को एक कड़ाही में डालिये, नूडल्स के ऊपर 1 टीस्पून तेल डालकर टॉस/उछालिए करिये। अब इन्हे एक प्लेट में निकाल लीजिये। सामग्री में बताई गयी सारी सब्जिया पतली-पतली काट लीजिये.
  7. एक कड़ाही में मध्यम आंच पर 1 टेबलस्पून तेल गरम करिये.बारीक कटा हुआ अदरक, बारीक कटा हुआ लहसुन डालिये और चम्मच से चलाते हुए 30 सेकंड भूनिये.
  8. फ्रेंच बीन्स डालिये और चम्मच से चलाते हुए एक मिनट के लिए भूनिये.कटी हुई शिमला मिर्च, हरी प्याज, गाजर और पत्ता गोभी डालिये।
  9. सब्जियों को तेज आंच पर तब तक भुने जब तक की वे पक जाए लेकिन कुरकुरी रहे या लगभग 2 मिनट पकाइये.
  10. चिली सॉस, सोया सॉस, काली मिर्च पाउडर, टमाटर केचप और सब्जियों के लिए नमक डालिये.
  11. अच्छे से मिलाइये और 1 मिनट के लिए पकाइये.उबाले हुए नूडल्स डालिये, और अच्छे से मिलाने के लिए टॉस करिये।
  12. गैस बंद कर दीजिये और नूडल्स को सर्व करने के लिए एक प्लेट में निकाल लीजिये.
