  • Dahi-1/2 cup
  • Tamatar-2 pise hue
  • Hari mirch-2
  • Adrak-1inch tukda
  • Tel-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Haraa dhaniya-2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kataa hua)
  • Kasuri methi-1 tablesapoon
  • Jeera-1/2 chota chamach
  • Hing-1pinch
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Namak-1/4 choti chamach ya svadanusaar

Papad Ki Sabji Recipe in Hindi

Sabse pehale papad ko bhun lijiye.Papad ko kdhayi me tel dalkar tal sakte hai.Gas par aise hi bhun sakte hai aur microwave me badi aasani se 2 minute microwave karke bhun sakte hai.Dahi ko 1/2 cup pani mila kar phaint lijiye.

Sabji banane ke liye :kdhayi me 2 tablesapoon tel dalkar garam kijiye.Tel garam hone par isme jeera dalkar bhun lijiye.Jeera bhun jane par hing,haldi powder,dhaniya powder aur kasuri methi dalkar halka sa bhun lijiye.

Tamatar ,adrak,hari mirch ka paste dal dijiye.Lal mirch powder dal dijiye,aur masale ko tab tak bhun lijiye jab tak masale se tel alag na hone lage.

Masala bhun jaane par masale me 1 cup paani daal dijiye aur gravy ko dhak karke ubaal dila dijiye .Gravy me ubaal aane par isme dahi ko thoda-thoda dalte hue,gravy ko lgatar chalate hue ,gravy me ubaal aane tak pkaiye ,isse dahi fatega nahi.Ubaal aane ke baad namak aur thoda sa haraa dhaniya dalkar mila dijiye.
Papad ko chota-chota tod kar gravy me daaliye, aur sabji ko dhak kar 2 minute dhimi aanch par pakne dijiye.

Sabji ko check kijiye.Sabji bankar tyaar hai ,isse pyale me nikaal lijiye.Sabji ke upar thoda sa haraa dhaniya dalkar sjaiye aur parosiye .

Sujhav-
  1. Gravy me dahi ka upyog karte hai to usse freez se nikaal kar turant istmaal na kijiye,isse dahi fat jata hai,dahi ko normal taapmaan aane par hi use kare.
  2. Sabji ki gravy ko sirf tamatar se ya sirf dahi se bhi banaa sakte hai.
  3. Aap isme pyaj ka bhi istmaal kar sakte hai .Ek pyaj baarik kaat kar jeera tadkne ke baad dalkar bhun lijiye aur baaki vidhi anusaar sabji bnaa lijiye.
