Ingredients for Aloo Shimla Mirch Recipe-Avshyak Samgri

1.Kate pyaj-2
2.Kate tmatar-1 ya 2
3.Lehsun - 7-8 kliya
4.Haldi powder-1 sapoon
5.Hari mirch- 3-4
6.Garam masala-1 sapoon(chamach)
7.Chota sapoon hari methi- 1/2 sapoon(chamach)
8.kate Aloo(kate hue)- 500 gram(4-5)
9.Shimla mirch- 250 gram
10.Tel(oil)-1 bda(1/2ktori) sapoon(chamach)
11.Namak-svadanusar
12.kutra hra dhaniya(sjane ke liye)

Aloo Shimla Mirch Banane ki Vidhi-

Sabse pehle kadhayi me tel garam kare.

Garam tel me hari methi dale aur pyaj dalkar halka brown hone tak bhun le, ab usme hari mirch, tmatar, lehsun dale aur thodi der(1-2 minute) bhun le .

1-2 minute Bhunne ke bad haldi powder dale (agar tadka kadhayi me lagne lge to halka pani dal le) aur namak dale thodi der bhun le(1-2minute) .

Ab tadke me kate aloo dale aur 4-5 minute aloo ko pakne de.

Aloo ko check karke ashe se chala dijiye, jarurat ho to 1-2 TBLspn pani daal sakte hai, aur fir se dhak kar 1-2 minute paka lijiye.

Ab usme kati hui shimla mirch dale, garam masala dalkar mix kar de aur 15-16 minute bad aloo ko check kare ki aloo sakht to nhi hai.

Agar aloo abhi sakhat ho to Subzi ko thodi der aur pakne dijiye.

Aloo naram hone ke baad gas band kar dijiye.

Lijiye tyaar hai aapki Aloo-Shimla Mirch ki delicious sabji.

Sabji ko ek bowl me daliye aur upar se kutra hra dhniya burk kar garam-garam chapatiyo ke sath serve kariye.

Tips-


  • Shimla Mirch aur Aloo ko dhone ke baad iska pani ashe se ponch le, aisa karne se subzi ek dam khili-khili banti hai aur adhik samay tak khrab nahi hoti hai.
  • Shimla Mirch aur Aloo aap kisi aur aakar me bhi kaat sakte hai.
  • Agar mil jaaye to hari shimla mirch ke sath lal shimla mirch bhi daale iss subzi me.
  • Shimla Mirch aur Aloo ko ek jaisa kaate taaki yah ek sath gal jaaye.
  • Shimla Mirch ko jada na galaye, nahi to iska rang utar jata hai.
