Aloo Matar Gajar: Sabzi Recipe

Sardiyo ke mosam me aane vali taji-taji gajar aur matar se bani aloo matar gajar ki sabji ka swad hi nirala hota hai.To kyo na iss thar-tharati thand me aloo matar gajar ki sabji banayi jaaye aur garma-garam parathe, chapati ya pooriyo ke sath iske anokhe jaayke ka lutf uthaya jaaye.

Ingredients for Aloo Matar Gajar - Avshyak Samgri

  • Gajar-250 gram(3 )
  • Aloo-250 gram(4)
  • Matar ke daane-1/2 cup
  • Tamatar-150 gram(2)
  • Hari mirch-2
  • Sarso ka tel-2tablesapoon
  • Hara dhaniya- 2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kati hui)
  • Jeera-1/2 choti chamach
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach
  • Namak-1 choti chamach se thoda jada ya swadanusaar
  • Adrak paste-1 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Garam masala-1/4 choti chamach

How to Make Aloo Matar Gajar - Vidhi 

Sabzi banane ke liye sabse pehale tamatar-hari mirch ka paste bana lijiye.

Iske liye, tamatar ko chote tukdo me kaatiye aur mixer jaar me mirch ke sath daal kar pees lijiye.

Pan me tel dal kar garam kijiye, garam tel me jeera aur hing dal dijiye.

Jeera chatakhne ke baad, pan me haldi powder, adrak ka paste, dhaniya powder aur tamatar-mirch ka paste dal dijiye.

Iske baad, masale me lal mirch powder daliye aur masale ko lgataar chalate hue tab tak bhuniye jab tak ki masale ke upar tel na tairne lage.

Iss doran, sabjiya kaat lijiye.Gajar aur aloo ko ashe se dho kar aur chil kar chote-chote tukado me kaat lijiye.

Bich-bich me bhun rahe masale ko chala dijiye.

Masale ke ashe se bhun jaane ke baad isme sabji-matar ke daane aur namak daal dijiye.

Sabhi samgriyo ko ashe se mix kar lijiye taaki sabzi par masale ki parat sahi se chadh jaaye.

Iske baad, Sabzi me 1/4 cup pani daal dijiye aur sabzi ko dhak kar ke dhimi aanch par 5 minute tak pakne dijiye.

Bich-bich me check karke chalate rahiye.

5 minute baad, sabzi ko check kar lijiye, isme pani dikh raha hai aur ashe se paki bhi nahi hai.

Isse fir se dhak kar 5 minute aur paka lijiye.

Abhi bhi sabzi naram na hui ho to, 3-4 minute aur paka lijiye.

Sabzi ko pakne me Kul 14 minute lage hai.

Sabzi ke ashe se pak jaane par isme garam masala aur hara dhaniya dal kar mix kar dijiye.

Sabzi ban karke tyaar hai, sabzi ko pyale me nikaal lijiye.Isse hare dhaniye se sajaiye.

Aloo matar gajar ki sabzi ko chapati, parathe ya chaval ke sath parosiye aur khaiye.

  • Sabzi ko bich-bich me chalana avshyak hota hai, varna saare masale tale par chale jaate hai aur sabji tale par lag kar jal bhi sakti hai.
  • Sabzi me tamatar ki jagah amchur powder ka istmaal bhi kar sakte hai.
